For American's, Denny's in Japan will be one of the closest things to a stateside breakfast that you will get. Friendly staff who sometimes speak English as well as English menu's are available. A drink bar with coffee, juices, and sodas are available and it is smoke free inside.

Not bad for a quick bite to eat. It's very different from the North American Denny's. Ring the bell to order from your table. The staff were attentive and friendly enough. I ate the red bean and matcha ice cream, interesting and oishi!

A decent restaurant offering a selection of meals (steak, deconstructed beef burgers, soups, fish/seafood dishes). As others have said, this restaurant is only a Denny's by name as there are very little 'American' cuisine options available. Is owned under the 7 Eleven brand so 7Spot WiFi is also available at the restaurant. I had the cut beef/steak pieces with Black Onion sauce and small rice. The steak was cooked well, and the sauce was a nice compliment. The small rice is more of a medium rice. I also ordered fries as a side, however these came out early (as a starter) and the portion was smaller than I expected for 300Â¥. Classical music plays in the background and you can get a good window seat to watch the hustle and bustle of Asakusa. They offer a smoking area like many Japanese restaurants, there is a faint smoke smell lingering in the non-smoking area. English menu is also available and translated well. Waitress was attentive and her English was rather good.

Wonderful family restaurant. Quiet and not busy. It's tucked away in an inconspicuous corner. Recommended. Food is tasty. Japanese - western fusion. Spent 4 hours there and they didn't chase me out.

Wow! What a surprise! Definitely the best breakfast we've had in Tokyo. Exquisitely delicious strawberries with pancakes or Crepes for 799 yen. No American-style grand slam, sensible but satisfying Japanese portions.

Denny’s Asakusa, close to the river and oldest, traditional market in Tokyo. Well, i’ve been to Denny’s all over the world and this is easily the cleanest and nicest one yet. Service was attentive and friendly, as it is in Japan. The menu had a lot of familiar favorites, classic American dinner food options, but also the regional influence. The ramen was cheap and surprisingly really good quality. We also got the burger steak, roast meal, also really good. Quality food here, worth checking out. Great view too.

Tired after walking the whole day, found just the best place to fill my stomach, relax and rest my poor feet.Here, you can take your time to enjoy your meal unlike some restaurants here in Tokyo which have limited seats. Free flow of drinks at the drink counter. Service is also excellent.

A good restaurant but don't expect the type of menu you get in America. The staff at this location didn't speak English but they have a cool translation device which helps. Look for the big brown button to request the waitress. The cool thing is they are open 24 hours.
